Software Support

Experience it for yourself; our software support is unparalleled.  Our seasoned staff provides the highest level of customer service and responds to all of your questions and challenges just as quickly as you submit them.  ACCESS provides support for all of its software applications Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 7:30 pm (EST).  There are a variety of plans available to choose from to get the type of coverage you need at a pricing plan that is right for you.  Remember that support ensures that you have resources at your disposal to provide on-going guidance, best practice recommendations, and an assortment of suggestions about how to implement the many features available within ENTERPRISE to meet the growing demands of your business.

Standard Support

ENTERPRISE standard support provides maintenance support for the ENTERPRISE base system and any installed modules.  Standard support provides answers to questions related to ENTERPRISE features and how to implement and utilize these features within your organization.  Support services provided under the standard support package include:

  • "How to" support for all ACCESS International software
  • Guidance on implementing ENTERPRISE features and functionality to meet your organizations business objectives
  • Information on ENTERPRISE updates and the ENTERPRISE release schedule
  • ENTERPRISE data structure consulting
  • Data Analysis and manipulation
  • Solution consulting

SupportPLUS

SupportPLUS provides a level of support above the standard ENTERPRISE software support by allowing an organization to include add-on services as part of the normal support services.  The additional services offered within the SupportPLUS plan allow your organization utilize ACCESS' application, report writing and database expertise to address the need of your organization in a timely and effective manner.

The services included in the SupportPLUS plan include:

  • All of the services provided by the standard ENTERPRISE software support;
  • "How to" support via web conferencing tools (e.g. webconference);
  • Report and SQL script writing services;
  • Data analysis and manipulation;
  • Ad-hoc data queries, imports and exports;
  • ENTERPRISE upgrade support;
  • Discounted on-site training and consulting services.

Additional Service Hours

Organizations on any support plan may also pre-purchase Additional Support Service hours for any standard support or SupportPLUS service.  These hours can be purchased at a discounted rate based on the number of hours purchased and can be used at any time over a six (6) month period.
